Who is Fitness with Martha suitable for?

Anybody and everybody!

Inclusivity is one of the main values of Fitness with Martha. All ages, genders and fitness levels are welcomed and accommodated, creating a community where everyone can enjoy getting fit together without fear of judgement.

We understand that going to a commercial gym or going for a run can seem daunting and maybe even a little scary, especially if you're doing it for the first time in your life.

Whether you join us for a dance workout class in London or at home, we create an open and non-judgemental atmosphere where you can move and express yourself freely. Self-love is the name of the game.
