Who is Fitness with Martha suitable for?

Anybody and everybody!

Inclusivity is one of the main values of Fitness with Martha. All ages, genders and fitness levels are welcomed and accommodated, creating a community where everyone can enjoy getting fit together without fear of judgement.

We understand that going to a commercial gym or going for a run can seem daunting and maybe even a little scary, especially if you're doing it for the first time in your life.

Whether you join us for a dance workout class in London or at home, we create an open and non-judgemental atmosphere where you can move and express yourself freely. Self-love is the name of the game.

Do I need to have dance experience?

Not at all. Dance fitness classes are designed for EVERYONE with varying levels of dance experience. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or have never danced before, you can enjoy and benefit from the classes.

What kind of music do you play?

Turn Up plays Hip Hop and dance music. We play artists like Nicki Minaj, Tate Mcrae, Beyonce, Eminem, 50 Cent, Jack Harlow, Drake, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Ariana Grande, Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B - Anything with a good beat!

  • Sports bras that offer a combination of comfort, compression, and breathability.
  • Leggings, yoga pants, or shorts made from stretchy materials like spandex or elastane are great choices.

Is Turn Up like Zumba?

No. It's more of a feeling like you're at a club with your friends, partying it up and singing along with the tracks! It is such a fun vibe and I just know you will have a blast!
